Continuing in the Livingroom

We have concrete walls in our apartment. To hang all these pictures I would have had to drill 11 holes!

In order to hang all my little to medium paintings (some mine, some painted by friends) I devised this system. I ordered a large piece of plywood and had it delivered. It didn't fit in the elevator we had to carry it 11 floors up! I had a friend come over and cut out the shape. We even hung it up straight away. I needed help after all! Next I painted it and hung all the paintings. I think it will change and evolve over the years. I thought about gold leaf... some future day perhaps.

I recently found the chandelier in an antique fair. I had some help wiring it up.
